Great fresh pretzels every time I'm gone! Love the mustard.

Great place and great customer service. Was it a few minutes early to pick up an order, they did not have my order ready (as expected because I was early), they offered me a free pulp and informed me my order was put together. I had to run a funeral for 10 minutes when I came back, the owner had my order ready, apologized (which was not necessary) and gave me a really nice surprise with my order. A great experience! I have been getting my Bretzels there for some time, but that was above the top for customer service. Well done!!!

Come to the Philly Pretzel Factory in Moorestown! It's soo good to get fresh and hot pretzels right out of the oven. They make rivet, party, mini, and combo trays, pretzel dogs/sausages, cinnamon twists, and minis. I've been working at this Pretzel Factory for 8 years now since February 20th, of 2008 and it's still growing strong 12 years later. I love working with my co-workers that I consider them my family and working with my boss that I known since day one: Pat McConney. If you come to Moorestown on Main Street rain or shine, stop by the Pretzel Factory to get a snack or drink. Here's to another 10 years to be working here (2 years until I work there for a decade).

Picked up a dozen for a morning meeting at work. Quality was good, pretzels were warm and fresh. Price is fair as well. We'll definitely use again.
