Mr Gatti's Pizza - Morehead

Consistently a great experience! They offer vegetarian options like a salad bar. It's also a kid-friendly place, featuring a game room.

It's been years since we visited Mr. Gatti's Pizza, but since my whole family was craving pizza and we were celebrating my youngest's birthday, we decided to give it another go. Fortunately, it wasn't very busy, which made for a pleasant experience; it wasn't overcrowded like some other local pizza places. The food was served hot, and there was a wide variety on the buffet, which they kept well-stocked. My favorite was definitely the fudge brownies, while everyone enjoyed the breadsticks—those are always a hit. The mac and cheese was also delicious! We were very happy with our lunch, and we'll definitely consider returning when we're in the area again.

I've always enjoyed dining at Mr. Gatti's Pizza. Throughout my life, from childhood to adulthood, some of my fondest memories have been made at these restaurants. This particular Gatti's holds a special place in my heart, as I've spent many meals here with my children. It is very family-friendly and serves great food at a reasonable price.

Went with the family and let my son loose on the all you can eat pizza. He ate his weight in pizza, but stated, “it’s okay, but I’ve had better.” I can’t disagree with his assessment. The marinara sauce tastes like sweet ketchup with a hint of some kind of seasoning, which i couldn’t tell what. I tried a number of the pizzas which the buffalo chicken and all the meats were good. The salad bar had fresh ingredients and the lettuce was definitely crispy! Kind of surprised due to the time we arrived. All in all, i do recommend for a quick dinner.

I ordered pizza a week in advance for a graduation party. The woman on the phone was very confused by the fact I wanted to order in advance and I had to repeat my order around 5-6 times. Then, I realized she never asked for my name or phone number. I called back the day before my event to give them a name for the order and to make sure it was correct. The employee read me the correct order (including 3 pizzas and the correct time (1pm . The day of the event, I get a call at 11am asking if I planned on coming later or if I didn’t want the order. I informed them the order was for 1pm, but they had 11am written down even though I called and asked for confirmation the day prior. Then I went to pick up the food and asked if they had a student discount. The employee was extremely rude with me and told me he already gave me a discount (he couldn’t even tell me what was discounted, just that he saved me money even tho I paid $30 and some change for a deal that was $29. I then got it out to the car and realized I was short a pizza. I went in to get it and the same rude employee told me that he would have to charge me because he hadn’t done so, and I’d have to wait. I told him I didn’t want it as it was already time for the graduation party. I usually love this place, but I will NEVER recommend someone getting food from Gatti’s for a party unless they want to deal with confused and hateful employees.
