Bruno's Italian Bistro - MORRIS PLAINS

The service was exceptional, the food was outstanding, and everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The owner/manager, Sonila, made us feel completely at home. We started with the octopus and mussels appetizers, both of which were delicious, followed by an avocado and shrimp salad that was equally delightful. The shrimp scampi was fantastic, and the meat lasagna was among the best I've tasted—and definitely the largest (I took half of it home). For dessert, we enjoyed the apple and pumpkin pies paired with pistachio ice cream, which were wonderful. Portion sizes are generous, prices are reasonable, and since this is a BYOB establishment, you can bring your favorite wine to enjoy with your meal. Conveniently located in a strip mall with ample parking and right off Route 10, it's easy to get to. For delicious food, a nice atmosphere, and excellent service, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
