Excellent Food and Drinks. Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Service was good but not quite as attentive as they used to be. We had to waive our waiter down a few times to order food and drinks but understand the entire industry seems to be short-staffed still.

The service and food was outstanding. Will go again!

We entertained a friend from New York last night. She took a train from NY which dropped her off at 4:48 PM at The Station Restaurant where we met her. We were warmly welcomed in the restaurant and escorted to a table in the lovely high ceiling stone room. We quickly had our wine and were given time to peruse the menu to choose our meals. We each chose something different and we were each raving with in minutes at how wonderful the food was! The incredible statement came from our friiend who dines out in New York City all the time. She said she wished there was a restaurant with food this good in the city. I highly recommend dining at The Station in Mountain Lakes.
