Rally's Hamburgers - Muncie

One of the very few fast food experiences recently that was top notch. Everything was fresh and the guy at the window was really nice.

Although quality and good customer service is affected by low staffing and/or overworked employees, they still try to do the best they can. I guess we as customers should be more understanding... even though it is hard sometimes. ???? My favoritesandwich now, at Rally's, is the deep sea double. Mmmmm! What used to be my absolute favorite sandwich is gone now, which wasthe BLT. Boo! But they have other good items as well!

I know it's fast food but just to be honest with all of you the service is awesome! The fella at the window was super polite and on top of it. I typically don't comment on fast food but support this location they are great perople!

Rally's is better than mcds or any of the other drive-thru fast food burger joints in my opinion and the one on McGalliard usually almost always has great crew members. Food is pretty good and when we have ordered ahead with a customized order it'salways been right so far! Who can beat Rally's fries? No one... can't be done!

This is one of my favorite Rally hamburger stand. They are fast, courteous, and the manager is friendly. I can honestly say that this Rally hamburger stand has never got myborder wrong. Way to go guys and thanks for having my favorite fries hot andfresh!
