El Faro - Naha

Very very disappointed, service were horrible, waiter was unhelpful he even recommended us to go to another restaurant as their dishes take way too long to arrive! we sit outside, the chairs were uncomfortable. i would not recommend to anyone not worth waiting at all! i even had to put 1 star to post it, not worth a star!

The food was ok despite waiting quite a bit for it. The end bill ended up being overcharged and included stuff we didn't order. Since someone else in the reviews pointed out a same complaint, it could be that someone from the staff is running a scam or place is just a tourist trap in general. Either way be careful, and probably best to avoid if you don't read Japanese.

Very dirty place, the waitress has been wearing the same apron with stains of food for probably more than a year. The food is not good at all, and not any cheaper than any other place. I don't understand why it's listed as a restaurant to go in Naha. Extremely disappointing.

Very good food because they offer seafood, Italian food (pasta, pizza) and Spanish food (paella). Usually restaurants that offer many different dishes lack the quality, but not here. We ate a pizza, pasta with scallops and salmon sashimi! And everything was delicious! Another plus is that they are also open until late in the night during coronary times.

I went to this restaurant 1 year ago with my wife and two children. The service and the delicious meal are very impressive. The staff helps us to move the heavy baby car down, very appreciated. I hope you stay well in such a difficult situation. can not expect to visit OKINAWA and EL FARO again.
