Starbucks - New Providence

I just ordered Ubereats with their venti Matcha Tea Latte, and I got half of the cup of ice. This is what I got after I pick the ice up. Great job.

In giving a five star review, I feel it should be based on exemplary service that is friendly, accurate and consistent. The New Providence Starbucks Is exemplary. The staff are cheerful and engaging and often will greet you by name. The beverages have been consistent and those that have been customized are well made. I have made this one my go-to Starbucks even though others are closer. On the very rare occasion that an issue occurred, the staff often made things right even before I had noticed. The staff is diverse in every way but all work together well. I?m sure people have had negative experiences at this location, but my review is based on the culmination of several hundred transactions that encompass many many many beverages which is why I consider them exemplary.

Wish I could give New Prov Starbucks 0 stars. This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I go all the time and 90% of the time I don?t even get my drink because they?re ?so backed up? and when I do get my drink they make it wrong. I don?t know why I continue to go, hoping it will change.

Terrible attendance. I felt that I suffered prejudice for being a foreigner. I placed my order when there was no other one before me, I was waiting in the pick up area, then 3 american customers arrived at different time intervals and all of them had their orders promptly serviced while I still waited. Just after no one else that they started to prepare my order. It was the first time I went this kind of treatment and only in this store. That sad! It was ugly for the attendants because the american customers noticed and one of them commented. I will never go back to this store. Another detail is so dirt that was there. Obviously they don't follow the Starbucks standards.

This location and the one in Summit are easily the 2 worst Starbucks I?ve been to. It?s a real shame because these are the two closest stores to my house. I would say 2/3 times my drink is made incorrectly. Yesterday they put my drink into a smaller cup than what I ordered and today they put it in a larger cup than what I ordered. I?m not the type to complain but it?s very frustrating having to go through this every morning (on top of overpaying for coffee to begin with). The Dunkin across the street has given me no issues and the staff is a lot more understanding and respectful so I?ll be going there from now on.
