Swiss Chalet - New Tecumseth

Good tasting food, usually get a larger serving but it was still enough. Waitress Melissa was fast, kind and very helpful. I take away two stars because of the change of the dessert menu. The removal of the brownie sundae was the biggest mistake that Swiss chalet could possibly have made. Third only to if they removed chicken or the Swiss chalet dipping sauce.

It’s been awhile since me and my buddy went to Swiss chalet… and just by walking in the door to sitting down. The service and food was fantastic. Our server Melissa and Trainee Emily were very friendly, handled our food with care and checked in constantly on how everything was. Especially after we were done, me and my buddy were talking and catching up, she constantly asked if we needed any water to refresh ourselves. That’s what I call going above and beyond! Thanks again ? definitely coming back!

Excellent service! I dined in last minute with my Dad and we were blessed to get a wonderful and professional server named Melissa. She served our food with care and we felt just like we were at home enjoying a good meal! Thanks again.

My husband kids and I came to Swiss chalet for dinner on Thursday (August 4th) we were seated then greeted by Paul our server. Hands down THE MOST sweetest man. We ordered our food and the cook accidentally added cheese to my sons burger which he didn’t like, Paul quickly had it fixed without issue. He came over multiple times just to check in and was always so kind, he asked about our day and was super genuine.This man was the kindest if not the nicest server I have ever encountered at a restaurant and he deserves to be noticed for his customer service and just kind nature. Thank you Paul, your kindness and customer service alone is enough to come back.

Standard Swiss Chalet but exceptional service. The kitchen manager apparently found my wallet which i left at the bar a few months ago and put it in the safe. I went the next day and it still had over 300 cash in it. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the location, the attitude of the staff, and the quality of the food. I would go back just because of the above.Thank you for having great staff!
