Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Took 30 minutes to order and have our food prepared. No dirty rice. Too many people working for only one person in front taking orders and getting food. Slowest service ever.

The lines are always to long and food and my food is always missing something. The most positive thing I can say if you call to complain they will give you a rebate/refund of $10 for a future purchase.

Store was not very clean. Food coming out took about 15-20 mins and I was the only one who was there. They put the fries in the bag and let them sit in the bag for about half the time till the chicken sandwich was finally made.

The kids working where so rude and ignorant to the supervisor, that we have vowed to never return to this establishment. The food wasn't as expected in flavor, they forgot to give us part of our meal then they ran out. We had to wait for the supervisor to really get on the kids to get more made so we could eat.

Yum yum chicken ????, and chicken, and BBQ, and beans-n-rice, and mac-n-cheezs, and yummy fries, and biscuits,.... Great staff, friendly customer oriented staff, easy to get into and out of, drive thru
