Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Newport News

Today 8/31/24 at 1:10pm. I went in to get two milkshakes like I usually do every weekend. Everyone seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. This lady at the counter failed to make a chocolate milkshake. One of the employees started eating in front of the counter after getting mad about an order not being taken care of. It was not busy at the time. It didn’t seem to be a staffing issue, everyone just seemed to be confused on what they needed to be doing at the time.

Either you love DQ or you don’t, still my favorite spot for ice cream on a hot day.

Drove 20 minutes for Dairy Queen and went in the bathroom and seen a big roach in the corner!!!! Nope lion the way to chesapeke Dairy Queen

Robert took excellent care of us last night. He was kind, patient, and made sure our meal was perfect. Hes awesome!

9 something PM. Ordered two tender meals. Asked at window if they got my sauces. Manager reassured me. Turns out not one, not two, but three sauces she SAID were in there MISSING. Dinner RUINED. I am a regular but I am tired of this happening.
