Pizza Hut - Oneida

I have had a disappointing experience with Pizza Hut during my last two orders, including today. The first order was for a large stuffed crust meat lovers pizza, but half of the crust had no cheese at all. Today, I decided to give it another shot, thinking it might have been a one-off issue. I ordered the meat lovers Melt, which cost $7.86 for just two pieces. They were not loaded at all, and the crust was so hard that I had to break it off. When I tried to bite into it, it simply crumbled into tiny pieces. This will be my last visit to Pizza Hut in Oneida, TN.

The pizza was quite decent, especially given the lack of Italian restaurants in the area. The pizza melts were particularly tasty.

The food is generally quite good, but unfortunately, on this occasion (and a few others over the past few months), the pizza was so disappointing that we ended up throwing most of it away. We had paid for extra bacon, but only half of the pizza had any bacon at all, and even that was sparse. They also forgot to add the Hut favorite seasoning we requested, and the crust was undercooked and still white. Fortunately, the wings and breadsticks we ordered were fine. However, this will be our last visit to this restaurant. We are tired of paying $50 for a meal that is barely acceptable.

The buffet is enjoyable. They've recently removed their salad bar, but you can still request a salad. The takeout options are also great. The staff are friendly and often ensure your drinks are topped up.

The pizza was fantastic, but the garlic knot was quite rubbery. We ordered online, and I was disappointed that it didn't give me the option to add cheesy breadsticks to the $5 deal. Other than that, everything was good.
