Some of the regulars who work there have such attitude problems.

Got there at 8:00pm Sunday as we enter the staff start screaming that we are closed we are closed so I ask but website and store hours showing you are closing at 9:00 pm I ask for the manager they said no manager but someone name Gabby being introduced me as a shift in charge so I humble request the food at least to go but she’s replied no we are closed and no more service so it was pretty disappointing let if I’ll be able to reach out higher management to complain about this attitude and service very poor behavior by the entire team .by the way it was Moe’s Pramus Nj .

Workers are rude, uncooperative, and can even be hostile at times. I tried placing my order for a burrito with steak and the lady at the front said “we don’t have it ready, what other kind of meat do you want?” In this nasty tone as if I just insulted her.

Asked for half chicken half ground beef, got barely any chicken and super small amount of ground beef. Employees need to give a normal portion. Idk if it’s management or the employees just do not want to cook, but they need to serve decent meals. I noticed other people have said the same about this location in the comments.
