Cruz Center City Pizza - Paterson

I went recently and all seemed to be fine. Until I noticed someone vaping only to find out it was an employee. Later on they got our order mixed up, which is fine it happens. We ordered buffalo wings and they brought barbecue. When they went to go fix it they bought the wings back and at first glance they looked a little dark. When we tasted them it was obvious that they just coated the buffalo sauce on top of the wings that they had already made. Im not expecting the world here but the very least some decent service. Ive been here countless times before and havent had a problem till now. Im assuming its because of the new workers.

Pizza not reheated enough, pizza on floor underneath table. Owners don't say thank you for business.

Foods good but garlic knots where hard and over butter.

Went two times slow/partially rude service, pizza was served slightly warm tasted like the oven.

I just left a restaurant after celebrating my friend's birthday, and while the food was decent, our experience was marred by poor service. After we finished eating, we asked for a box, and one of the staff members responded with a rude attitude, as if we hadn’t just paid for our pizza. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, and I found it very upsetting. I would not consider returning to this establishment, and I cannot recommend it based on the attitude of the staff. Although the manager claimed he would address the issue, I doubt anything will change. Overall, this employee's rudeness was the worst I have ever encountered.
