Pre-ordered online, showed up for pizzas, was told it would be 10 minutes, 40 minutes later we left empty handed, late, and hungry after being told the lunch slices were a priority over all others. THEY HAD NOT EVEN MADE OUR ORDER YET 30 MNUTES after they said it would be ready. Pizza Factory screwed up and lost a loyal customer.
