Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pennsauken

My husband ordered a spicy chicken tenders combo for me. When he got home it was missing the side (rice and beans) and the biscuit. The chicken as not cooked all the way.

Today was the second time I visited this location and the customer service is horrible. The employee's that take orders truly aren't afraid to express how much they hate their job! And to top it off both times I visited my oder was wrong but their attitudes are so bad I didn't trust giving the food back to get my oder fixed. I will not be returning to this location ever again they totally killed my pregnancy craving for Popeyes in this area.?

I just left there. Had to wait on the parking lot for my food. I got my 2 chicken sandwiches ? but not my large mashes or Cole slaw. Got cold limp fries that I hate instead. So disappointed. ? Check your bag folks. Not the first time this happened. Grrrrrr

Just bad service all the way around. From the 15 minute wait in the drive thru, just to place my order. They forgot part of my order and once I reminded them, they gave it to me cold and were out of the sauce that was needed... The cashier at the drive thru window was very unprofessional. They need to shut down and put a whole new crew and managers. I get that there can be technical difficulties and maybe that's why your in line for almost 30 minutes but this is almost everytime I decide to go there, which is once in a blue moon.

Very very slow. There are 6 people working 8 people inside no one in driver through and we are still waiting for then to fix orders that were placed 10-15 min ago. You have to pretty much yell hey for someone to take your order. Otherwise they just keep walking past the register like your not there.
