Dutch Bros Coffee - Peoria

I gave a 4-star review instead of a full 5 stars primarily due to the long lines that seem to form at almost any time they're open. While they do serve customers fairly quickly despite the wait, it can be a bit time-consuming if you're in a rush. Additionally, the physical menu they display is quite limited and not very detailed, as most of their offerings are available only online through their website, which can be accessed via smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Despite these minor drawbacks, I genuinely believe a 4-star rating reflects my numerous positive experiences. I highly encourage anyone to give it a try until you discover a drink you love. I've enjoyed every drink I've tried from this place! They were so friendly to our little dog when we came around to pay. They even asked if she could have a pup cup, which is a small cup of real whipped cream with a little dog biscuit in it. Our Maggie absolutely loved it!

I appreciate the importance of customer service, but this restaurant is specifically designed as a drive-thru for a reason. While the friendly greetings and small talk are nice, once a customer receives their order, it's crucial to keep the line moving. There were two cars ahead of us, and after receiving their drinks, they continued chatting at the window as if no one was in a hurry. When we arrived, there were only the two cars that had already ordered, but by the time we finally got our drinks, a long line had formed behind us. If you're promoting FAST and friendly service, it's important to prioritize the FAST aspect.

First time coming to this one that had a double side. So much faster, that makes it ???? times better!!!!

Honestly i have a love hate relationship with Dutch Bros. The drinks are okay and sometimes you have to double check whether they actually put any coffee in them as it's usually just a glass of chocolate milk and caramel sauce. Soooo much sugar. But the over friendliness seems boarder line fake and sometimes the questions they ask are just odd. The prices are high but they can charge it as long as they keep up the demand and near cult following they seem to have. They are clearing targeting tweens with the app is it's near a game when trying to place an order.
