They got the order wrong again..not sure why we keep going back to this one.

Absolutely terrible service. At night, the employees are all young and are far more interested in showing each other their phones than taking care of customers. Will not go back.

The wheels were off and not a single soul was trying to restore flow. A lot of people complaining and not a single apology. We waited 25 minutes after our online order said it was ready. Total of 55 minutes. No big deal to me, I understand that it was a Friday night in December. Not everyone gets that. Our order was complete but the quality was not good. I hope that things are better at other times of the week.

I was asked to wait outside of the drive-thru for 15 minutes and am currently still waiting to receive 4 items. This is ridiculous.

I was the only customer in the restaurant and it still took 15 minutes to receive my food. The chicken was extremely overcooked to the point of being inedible, the wing was small and the Dr Pepper was very flat.
