Chart House - Philadelphia

Came twice. First time for Happy Hour which was amazing and had lots of tasty options. Brought a friend back for her bday dinner and was disappointed. The main course crab stuffed shrimp lacked flavor and the drinks did as well.

I love miss Kay she was absolutely the best I've ever encountered. She was excellent with her service, was very polite. Raise her pay she deserves it.

This was possibly on of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. First we were not seating until 30 mins past our reservation time because the hostess forgot about us. When we were finally seated, 5 of the items we attempted to order were unavailable. The food was all overcooked. Manager was unprofessional and not helpful. I would recommend avoiding this place.

This place needs to be completely refurbished the front of the house is in such disrepair we almost left. Who knows what the back of the house looks like. The quality of the food was very poor and my son and I didn't very much of the dinner

Julianne was a FABULOUS server. The food was amazing her service was amazing and the FOOD OH EM GEEEEEE!!! I would highly recommend for her and the food!
