The food is good, but they have some very scummy, underhanded business practices.They include a small-print 20% gratuity on TO GO ORDERS. I didn’t even have a server- who is this fee going to? Greedy business owners, that’s who.I don’t mind tipping a few bucks occasionally for take out, but a mandatory 20% fee is both unreasonable and underhanded.I’ll be finding more honest businesses to go to from now on, thanks.

I dined here for cinco mayo . it was crowded and I understand that . I am a server it was an event day. Our friends were at the bar. They had plates and shots in front of them . we said hi to them and chatted for a bit and they were leaving . upon them leaving we took their seats . Upon us sitting down the bartender Russell M came over and said he was saving those seats for his family ..our friends were still drinking when we arrived. After he came over and said this 20 mins go by with no menus nothing . He was serving everyone else around us ! Finally a female bartender came over and served us. I will never return here that guy was so rude ! I did not even want to eat there after this. I know there is automatic gratuity .. I asked the female bartender if they were pulling tips (I felt bad because they were , I would have tipped her extra but I wasn’t tipping on top of the 20 for her to split with Russell who was so rude ! Do better and next time if you want seats for your family wait for the people to actually leave before promising them or speak to the host for a table

The nachos were nasty and chicken was burnt. They refused to remake or refund my items
