Mcdonald's - Phoenix

A double large mac and a double Bacon cheese. by the drive thru and paid, but only receive a regular large mac, not a double. the rest was good, but we were too far down to go back.

On Saturday, November 26, 2022, I was impressed with the service provided by the two women, Miriam and Monique, at the restaurant. The accuracy of my order was exceptional and I was so pleased with my experience that I returned again on Sunday, November 27, 2022. The service and personalities of the staff were excellent.

The task at hand is finding this place. The systems are constantly down, there is rarely any attention given to orders placed ahead of time versus those in the drive-thru line, and the staff will literally be right in front or behind your car, sweeping. I would recommend going somewhere else.

No fear of the cache. employees try to calculate for refilling if mcdonald’s does not calculate for refilling and everyone knows it and the employees simply insert the money. manager gave me refills and there is no sign that no free refills like some franchise locations say. not to mention the food quality at this place is terrible. If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars, I would.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to ever. First I was stuck in line for over 30 minutes. Of course I couldn’t leave due to a car in front and behind me. So I order. Fries were hella cold. Absolutely no warmth to them at all. And chicken nuggets were completely over cooked. The guy at the window basically just threw my food in my car and slammed the window. Had I not had to be back at work I would have went inside . Slow and unprofessional at its finest!!!
