The food was average and my rice was overcooked, crunchy, and had to be thrown away. It was disappointing since half of my meal consisted of rice.
 The beef bowl was very dry, and without flavor very disappointed
Panda Express is my favorite place to eat, I can't get enough of it and find myself going there every day.
I came to lunch at 11:30. There was little to no one. A small group of people sitting inside. Very quiet and cool. The food was fantastic.
