Shane's Rib Shack - Phoenix

I always receive a warm welcome at this restaurant. The staff greets me with a smile and a friendly hello every time I visit. It’s the small gestures like this that really make a difference. I hope they continue to provide such friendly service.

The restaurant offers generous portions with bold flavors and a wide selection of sauces to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This restaurant is incredible and the owner, Jeff, is the reason why it deserves a 5-star rating. I will definitely return.

Everything was good I loved it it was nice and hot the only thing upset me was they forgot my potato salad and I didn't realize it till I got home

Shane is always quite solid. This time, the Brisket Sandwich. Overall it was good, the brisket could be a little overcooked, but was still edible. Love the selection of sauce and the Mac-n cheese was really good.
