Starbucks - Phoenix

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The outdoor setting was comfortable, without any unruly crowds. The restroom was impeccably clean and included a handicap-accessible stall and sink. I decided to try something new from the secret menu, but I wasn't overly impressed. Nevertheless, I encourage everyone to step out of their comfort zone and give their secret menu frappes a shot. Josh handled this wild experience like a pro! The ride was a bit bumpy, and not everyone was welcoming, but he was fantastic. After a bit of a wait, I declared it the best drink I've ever had, and I wasn’t let down!

One issue I noticed was that they weren't accepting orders through the app ahead of time, which meant I had to go in person to place my order at the counter. Despite the limitations, the team managed to keep things running as smoothly as possible. We did have a small issue with our order, but it was quickly resolved when we mentioned it to them. This isn’t our first visit here, but I felt it was important to highlight how well they performed despite the lack of personnel. Most of the staff remained polite and friendly under the circumstances, and that kind demeanor makes a big difference. So, I encourage everyone to be kind to the workers, especially when they are shorthanded. Friendly words can go a long way!
