Round Table Pizza - Pittsburg

Overall, my experience was decent. Their pizza is good, but I feel it's a bit overrated. It's marketed as gourmet pizza, which comes with a higher price tag. I'm not a pizza expert, and I won't criticize the taste—it's enjoyable. However, I don't think it justifies the $47 price for a large. Honestly, a slice from Costco or Roundtable would satisfy me just as well.

I ordered a small pizza and was told it would take 10 minutes. There was only one person in front of me. However, after waiting the full 10 minutes, I found out my order had never been placed. I ended up wasting more than half of my lunch time for nothing.

What can I say about Round Table? Their pizzas are simply the best! The representative who assisted me was incredibly friendly as well. I absolutely love Round Table!

I had a hard time ordering online using my fav fan coupon for 15 minutes and I called and spoke to the store manager/supervisor. He was very helpful and nice and was able to get my order done for me. This is an example going above and beyond delivering great customer care and services.

Have been visiting this round table pizza for a couple decades and have never really had issues with any orders and the food is always consistent. Staff is always friendly even when busy.
