Clandestina - Puntarenas

I still think about the mole, and I think we had weeks later. I was forced to write a review because the flavors were so memorable. The hotel is located in a brewery, this place will certainly please your taste buds.

Large find, integrated in the Marposario Montezuma Gardens and Butterfly Brewing. The food was as good as it looks, made from scratches and we were very impressed by the house pale ale. There is also a beautiful small gift shop where you can find local art.

Food here was absolutely excellent, but the service ruined our experience. We waited for our food for a while. It was a little curious that some are sitting next to us and ordered later, but served much faster. After eating our main thing, the server showed the dessert menu and recommended the Café Gelato. We waited about 30 minutes for it to appear before we went forward and asked for the bill. Everyone was too busy to help us and waited 10 minutes before we could pay and go. If you come, I'm sure you get good food, but not sure what the servers expect.

Fantastic freshly prepared food. I had pulled a local Costarican dish of rice, beans, salad and pig and it was delicious and lots of food. The service was quick and very friendly and helpful. Service and food was the best I had in Costa Rica and the prices are very reasonable. Very recommended. Thank you.

Best meal in Montezuma complete with micro brewed beers. We had searched out Cocina Clandestina and Butterfly Brewing Co for the local microbrews and we were rewarded with the best beer on our trip as well as the best meals! We will return before we leave.
