Sai Gon Pho Vietnamese Cuisine

Extremely high quality pho, just outside of Canberra. Very clean and perfectly balanced, flavourful broth. Some of the best quality beef I've found in any pho (and I've tried MANY). Generous portions so much meat, and a great big bowl of broth. Except...a greater noodle ratio would be preferred, at least for me. Also I find that because they sometimes run out of ingredients there is a little lack of consistency, as you can see from the two reasonably different looking pictures below. But I guess this means they are getting fresh ingredients regularly!

One of the best pho soups I have had in Australia. The soup is not so salty not sweet like many other restaurants make. Rich in beef flavor but not grossly thick. The broth is just a right texture and taste.

Top notch Pho Small menu, only half a dozen choices, but what they do the do well. An extension of the Saigon Bakery next door, Saigon Pho delivers Pho with all the toppings and sauces you could want. Hidden away in an alleyway, it can get busy at lunch but the service is always fast and friendly. I’m glad QCity is getting some quality places to eat and this is one of them.

We had special beef pho noodle soup. It was so nice and good quality. Just make sure you need to bring cash to make payment.
