East Coast Burger Company - Ridgewood

Had the grilled chicken sandwich (I know, why order chicken in a burger joint), anyway, it's likely humanly impossible to slice chicken any thinner than they do...it's almost comical, especially since they charge $6.50 for it and it had no flavor. At least the fries were good. Oh yeah, the mens room was disgusting through there were only about 6 people in the place.

Incredible burgers. Highly recommend double bacon with carmelized onions. Good fries and they have a delicious smores ice cream. Definitely one of the best burger spots in NJ.

Great burgers and great place. Friendly staff and the food is great. My favorite is the lobster roll. So happy the owner monitors the parking so actual customers have a place to park. That is taking care of your customers (btw if you park there and aren’t buying something then you are not a customer. Worried? Place your order and then run and get your cash problem solved and you don’t have to wait for your order while it it being made fresh). We will be back!!!

This place has a great burger. I recommend their East coast burger with onion rings and washing it down with a crème soda, I’m telling you, this is the way. I can still taste it 3 days later. Don’t forget to put some guacamole on that burger, they make that bad boy fresh every day. Shout to the owner or the manager, pretty humorous guy

This review isn't focused on the food but rather on the restaurant owner. On Wednesday night, I parked my car near the restaurant to pick up food from the building next door. The owner insisted that I move my car, even after I explained it would only take me five minutes. He was incredibly rude and aggressive. It’s hard to believe he has been running this business for 12 years with that kind of attitude. Perhaps his burgers are great, but I can't overlook the disappointing customer service.
