Food was cold asked for sauces and didn’t get them.drive thru

This has to be the worse Arby's, first I was the only one at the drive thru. Food was cold and the curly fries had to be the left overs they were just burnt pieces. The lady at the drive thru dropped my food out the window, nothing spilled but she just laughed. I had to open my door to get it. I will never never go to this Arby's again! Just terrible!!!!

Roast beef and cheddar was smaller than normal hardly any beef. Light cheese too.
