Buffalo Wild Wings - Riverdale

I have tried this place and it was awful. We ordered wings that had some type of nasty powder on them. That was the first and only last time I have ordered from them. Plus I know a lady who worked for them as a manager and she told me about how they treated her. So disappointed in this restaurant, I hope the others aren't that bad but I'm too scared to try the others because I don't want to just waste money

Good food. Fun, albeit loud, experience. Great place to get together with friends to watch the game.

Gonna keep it simple. Was opened to give it another chance since last time I got super sick. Restaurant was at about 60% capacity and couldnt be sat down cause of the lack of waitresses, so service is already not a good start. Waited 30 minutes to be sat down when I was given 15 minutes waiting time. No one was greeting customers waiting to get in line, and never got taken care off so they walked away. 2 groups ahead of me left, and the group behd me gat sat first. It was at this time I decided it would be the last time in this place. Walked out never to be back. Besides, Wingstop has better wings. Horrible, dont waste your time and money here.

Sat at my table for 45 minutes with no food whatsoever, after the 30 minute wait with at least 20 open tables. The manager's excuse was that to-go orders take priority over in house customers. Will not be coming here again.

The redheaded hostess was extremely rude when we came in for my sons birthday we asked to sit at the bar while I was waiting for my son to get here and apparently there was a wait at the bar and low and held 45 minutes here and the bar is still empty but the waitress we had was extremely helpful and kind and glad to help I know it's nit my place but I would put someone who can actually deal with people in a responsible way seat people or greet them at my business I know it doesn't hurt ur business if I say I never come again but thus was ridiculous how me and my family were treated
