Hot Head Burritos - Ross

I wanted to take a moment to commend the employees who worked tonight for their incredible attention to detail and efficiency. After a tough day at work, I placed an online order on my way home. When I arrived, my order was not only ready, but everything was correct, and they went the extra mile to label each item. As a working mother of four trying to feed a family of six, being able to easily pull out the items and know exactly who they belonged to made a world of difference for me! Thank you for your meticulousness that truly makes my life easier. Excellent customer service!

10/10 - the food was absolutely amazing! The flavors were saucy, delicious, and incredibly tasty. The manager jumped in to help during the busy rush and made sure my portion sizes were just right. She didn’t rush me through the line, allowing me to pick up everything I wanted at my own pace. While the rice was a bit on the hard side, I've noticed that at Hot Heads for years now. They are famous for their sauces, so don't hold back on those! She ensured that I had everything I desired, and I especially loved the jalapeños and pineapple combination. I enjoy both Chipotle and Hot Heads, but Hot Heads stands out with their extra flavorful ingredients. The sauces were fantastic: spicy sauce for the chicken, sour cream, sweet habanero, and ranch. Plus, the zucchini squash was a perfect finishing touch. For just $12, I got a large bowl, medium queso, and chips – now that’s a great deal!

We were newcomers to the Hot Head Burritos experience and it was fantastic! The customer service was outstanding, and they guided us through our options. I tried the Veggie Power Bowl, which was an incredible value at just $8—I ended up with two meals! The guacamole was delicious, and there were many great sauce options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Good service and good food would eat there again.
