I understand and appreciate corporate policy, but I want to give a quick advice for this person, not discipline or threat discipline for your team members before customers or customers. We don't want to see it. Especially a customer who has a high opinion about your business. Staff discipline should always be private and confidential.

I ordered a buffalo cutlet primo ?hot?. Chicken was ice cold and had a strange texture. I love this sandwich and have ordered it many times before at other locations. Apparently they couldn?t take the time to cook the chicken at this location. I thought it was strange when they said my sandwich?s would be ready in ten minutes. Extremely disappointed and hungry. You would think for a 13 dollar sandwich some effort would have been put in.
