Applebee's - Sanford

I'm not particularly fond of Applebee's, but my brother enjoys it, so we went there because it was his choice. Unfortunately, my appetizer was cold in the middle, and the steak I ordered tasted like some of the lowest quality meat I've had in years. The service was also lacking; our waitress was quite slow despite having just two other tables, and she spent more time flirting with another waiter than attending to us. To top it off, she was somewhat rude, and we never received any refills because she didn't check on us.
