Morihico Coffee - Sapporo-Shi, Chuo-Ku

A marvelous little French Cafe. Adorable in it's lost cottage stranded among the city scape. The structure is something found out of a fairy tale and the magic is only matched by the warmth inside with the most hospitable staff. Truly a gem within the city. The coffee was pressed and brewed with careful excellence that pair so perfectly well with the delightful cakes they have on selection. A place I will think of years to come and I only hope is that I one day get to return.

Cozy non touristic cafe with quality coffee and tasty pies

Had the 2023 special blend fleur . Black coffee went really well with the black pepper chiffon, yup black pepper. Combo went oddly well together. I arrived at 10:30 and only had to wait a few minutes.

Be prepared to queue this coffee place is a MUST-VISIT when you're in Sapporo and love having coffee in traditional Japanese house setting. A short walk from Maruyama Koen station, it was about 30 minutes wait but the kids didn't seem to mind as they could play snow while waiting. Inside the cafe was cosy with music playing in background. Coupled with good coffee and awesome gateau fromage chocolate, we proceed to have a great time chatting, joking and laughing while spending time there.

It is really a nice and comfortable cafe. It is a cafe in a old Japanese house. You can enjoy nice cakes with wonderful coffee. Of course there is tea and juice. But highly recommend coffee here with a nice piece of cake here as the cafe seems like they are proud of their coffee beans' quality. Try adding some milk after having half of your coffee as Hokkaido people usually do so.
