Ben Jerry's - Saratoga Springs

Stopped by Easter evening with my family! Yummy ice cream, quickly served and assisted by a very polite mature blond haired boy who helped us with our decisions! All in all, a well run establishment!!

Fun experience for kids having their ice cream mixed right in front of them! Staff is so entertaining and took his time to get our kids’ orders. Highly recommended and will definitely be back here again.

I don't understand rich people. The ice cream is okay but $5 for this mini ice cream is wild. Definitely has a location tax

Absolutely loved this place! It was my husbands first time getting Ben Jerry's because we live in Schenectady and we don't have one close by sadly but it was an amazing experience! Great customer service, delicious ice cream and great customer service. We were in and out in no time! A little expensive but absolutely worth it in the end! We will be back for sure!

Went to Ben and Jerry's on 3/12. My son dropped his ice cream cone on the floor. The young man on duty, replaced it free of charge, and was so nice about it. Great staff!
