Írjon visszajelzéstI placed an ordered through the drive-in. It was a simple order. A cheeseburger with large fries (no drink). The line was long, but moved very quickly. When I got my food, I drove over to Home Depot parking lot (only a few minutes from the McDonalds) and took my food out of the bag. It was the wrong burger and it was very cold. The fries were also VERY cold. I understand getting a jump on certain popular food items, but their food warmers aren't working properly (bacteria grows on the food that way). The cheeseburger fries were beyond gross. I couldn't eat them. From now on, when I am out shopping for the day, I’m sticking with 5 Guys for my burger fries.
The food was hot and fresh! Service was great! Price, I thought, was a little high priced for what we got! Other than that all was good!
I used to dread going to this McDonald's, but in recent months, they have been wonderful. My mobile orders are always done fast and fresh. The store is clean, and my interactions with the staff have been nothing but pleasant. Whoever you've got managing the day shift deserves a raise.
Sorry to say since I DO enjoy McDonalds but the wait at the drive thru on my side was almost 6 minutes. I got tired of waiting and watching the other side of the drive thru going forward I decided to go to the pay window and place my simple meal order of two hamburgers/drink and apple pie to save time. Girl at window seemed confused and unhappy. I apologized and asked her if the drive thru on my side was working and she said yes. She took my order, I moved forward and was handed my drink and there would be a wait for the pie and hamburgers. Not wanting to hold the line up I pulled to the side and walked in. As I waited, a Huge bag of fries and food was called out for some waiting customer but they never showed and it sat there on the counter. A woman from the play area came up and frantically asked where HER order was since her kids were driving her nuts. I told her to take the unclaimed order sitting in the counter since no one knew where HER Oder was. A total fiasco and clearly a problem with the help and communication between them. Finally got my order, opened the wrapper and have to say I’ve fed food to an animal in better condition than the hamburgers I received. No doubt, this location needs a reset from management down. Sooner than later since previous reviews mirrored my recent experience. In the meantime I suggest smiles and apologies to those who wait and whoever completes the actual food order in the back slow down regardless of time and prepare the food as if he or she were about to eat it themselves! I’m a contractor who is not picky and eats food on the run but I had to respond to help a fast food restaurant I usually enjoy review their operations and repair their customer service. I’m hoping this was a one time bad experience but previous reviews tell me different. Remember…..you only get one chance to make a first impression!
Placed mobile order. Went to pickup. Waited over 20 mins. Then when they finally came out, I was handed a bag and some change. I figured it was for the wait. She just said “sorry about that” and didn’t bother explaining why I had waited over 20 mins or what changes they made, or why I was being handed money back. Checked the food, and didn’t have two of my items, but had two different things. Went inside and asked for all of my money back and left without food. Over 30 minutes of my day wasted.
