Pizza Time - Saratoga Springs

We placed our order online, and it arrived in 50 minutes. It would have been nice to have an estimated arrival time or updates after ordering, but it wasn't a major issue. The fried ravioli was delicious! However, the garlic knots were just average; when I bit into one, the oil spilled out like a fruit gusher candy. The white broccoli pizza was thick and doughy, with very few toppings. You can get better and cheaper pizza at Domino's. Overall, I can't recommend this place. It feels wasteful to throw away so much food, but no one wants to eat it.

I've been a loyal customer for years and I absolutely love their steak and cheese subs—they're the best! Their calzones are unbeatable too! Unfortunately, I've moved away, so I don't get to order as often as I'd like. However, whenever I treat myself to some good food, I definitely make the drive to this place because the two pizza places near my new home just don't compare. I really wish they would open a location out here! Their white garlic and ricotta cheese pizzas are fantastic as well!

I was not very excited about this place the pizza was absolutely delicious so that is why I got three stars but we ordered the pizza and we ordered a sausage pepper and mushroom pizza and we were there when it was ordered and they got the order wrong and then tried to blame it on the person who ordered the pizza we were sitting right next to a person ordered the pizza instead of just apologizing for getting it wrong then they kept trying to put onions on the pizza when one of our people can't stand onions so it was just a fiasco and we had to wait 20 minutes in order to get our pizza but did they do anything to compensate for their mistake. No, not at all. Like I said the only saving grace was that the pizza tastes very good a lot better than most places in that area but I wasn't fond of the customer service. Will I go back we'll have to see.

I really loved this place until one day I had the audacity to question the prices. I asked why they were almost 3x what was listed on their website and the girl explained that the website wasn?t updated for COVID, so I asked for the breakdown and she lost it, the delivery driver got on the phone and apologized, then gave me my itemized pricing, these prices STILL didn?t add up to the total she gave me! Is she just adding on amounts to customers that she knows usually don?t question their receipt!?! Sure seems like it. I?ve never had someone get upset with me just because I questioned the price, I won?t be ordering from here again. Update your website, it isn?t that hard.

Your food is absolutely phenomenal! It’s always consistent, and the flavors are out of this world. I've been living in the Capital District for about five years now, and your consistency has never wavered. I love that your delivery is always right on time, and when I pick up my order, everything is perfectly timed as well. I live in Entrada Apartments, but whenever I’m at MacGregor Village with Matthew, we always order from you. We love your food and enjoy it on a regular basis.
