They did not have our reservation. No appropriate table available for us. No manager on duty Saturday nights to discuss with.

I really wish we were able to give a better review for dining experience. My husband and I were married at this hotel, so to celebrate our anniversary we thought we would return to the restaurant that catered our reception. We arrived, and they had lost our reservation, so that was not a great start. my husband waited 30 minutes for his old fashioned, and when it was finally brought over, because he asked about it, the ice was almost completely melted, and the drink was watered down. It took about 20 minutes for my glass of wine. It didn’t seem busy enough to account for this much of a delay. When attempting to order dinner, my husband was told that they were out of the meal he wanted, which was no big deal. The server offered another suggestion, which he agreed to. After 10 minutes, she came out and informed him that that was also not an option any longer. so he ordered a burger which they luckily had available. That being said, when our food was brought out, it was lukewarm at best. The plates were quite hot, which indicated to us that they were likely sitting under the lamp in the back for a while. If one of our meals was hot, at least we would have understood why the other sat in the back for so long, but that was not the case here. Overall, a special occasion went somewhat uncelebrated because of the various mishaps of the dinner. Maybe it was an off night, but not sure that we will be returning to determine if that was the case.

Beautiful atmosphere, food was delicious, service was horrible!

When I made the reservation I asked for special item to be on the table such as a bottle of wine and candle everything was there it was a very romantic evening for my queen everything was perfect I will be back soon
