I purchased a 2022 Honda Navi minimoto from the dealership. These bikes had just recently released. Online searches from other dealership and social media posts from other purchasers around the country found dealers selling these for $1000.00 $1200.00 over MSRP as there is high demand and limited supply. I drove from Louisville, Ky to make this purchase. Seymour Power sports sold me mine at the MSRP of $1807.00, this is the cheapest price I have seen in any social media group. The staff were polite and courteous. They were quick with the paperwork and helping me load the bike in my truck. I would recommend and do business with them again.

Tried to preorder a 22 model UTV. Built on Polaris site the day preorders opened, 12/1. Polaris said build sheet was sent to dealer for and they would be in touch. Never heard from dealer. I know everyone's busy so I wait at least a week for a response. Still nothing so I submitted a contact form directly on Seymour Power sports website advising of the build sheet and asking what was needed to get this preordered. Wait another week still no response. Contacted Polaris again and this time they advised all pre orders are filled now for 2022.This was as low maintenance of a deal as you could ask for. Literally I was begging to buy a new Kinetic that I'd followed for the previous year in development. Didn't need sold on it, just take my kind of deal. That's great that biz is booming so much you could care less about a 30k sale, but it won't always be this way and people WILL remember the way they've been treated, and it will catch up to you eventually.

I just called to see if my waverunner issues would be diagnosed soon....after 6 weeks in shop in August and September : . I was told 2 weeks before that it would be looked at soon.I was told by owner I think ....that I was high maintenance. Aftrr 2 calls he says 4 . I must admit my patience was challenged without my jetski for August and apparently the rest of September, but his comments made it clear I needed to start over elsewhere. I made the hour drive over from Bloomington to get my jetski still not running or even looked at .

I went to Polaris to order my starter and carb set, and unfortunately, they completely messed up the carb. It was a disastrous experience and I lost power. I will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service was excellent, and the service team was highly competent.
