Írjon visszajelzéstMy family and I were there 9-18-22. Our waitress was very good and sweet. She was a hard worker!! Tall darker haired thin gal worked back room. My father inlaw found a fly under his frosting on his carrot cake. He showed the waitress who took it to her manager. Manager came over acting surprised and said she needed to see the cake cause it was not shown to her. She acted like it was no big deal and walked away. I asked our waitress if she showed manager and she responded Yes.. let me go get her. She could not find her but brought over another waitress as if for validation to not being able to find their manager. Poor girl was upset. It was not her fault at all. Manager should have handled it professionally but threw waitress under bus and went and hid. We just wanted to make sure they were going to make sure the cake was not served. We went and seen it had been taken out of the desert options. The Manager needs to learn how to handle situations and how to talk to customer's in situations without stumbling words or throwing someone else under bus. Otherwise it could have been just a simple situation of letting a Manager know about flies around their food.
We go here quite often, but our last visit was negative. First off, there was zero ranch dressing and no plans of getting more until the next day when truck comes in. This was at the start of dinner. Two others asked about thousand island and same reply. So charge 13.99 a person, then don 't put out any ranch (that 's the go to dressing! or fresh pizza. AND this visit, I was charged a 20% gratuity. I normally don 't tip here because it 's a buffet. I serve myself. Your servers only refill my enormous cup that doesn 't need refilled and clears plates. That 's a busser. Also, the dessert serve ware needs replaced during the day, as it gets gunky and y 'all put out a fresh pie or cake and just leave the same serving utensils. Update: so we 're here today and as usual, our plates are not being cleared until we leave. And like I said, the big gulp sized cups do not need refilled. Y 'all just need to put a sign at the register that says if patrons do not leave a minimum 20%tip, that their cards will be charged accordingly. These aren 't waiters and waitresses. Patrons serve themselves. Update 7/20/22: so today the 20%was added at the register, but not showing on my receipt. I get an email as soon as my card is ran, so I saw this while eating. Our server was a very upbeat girl, but I didn 't leave a table tip, as gc already added it. Hopefully, your staff is aware that they ARE being tipped.
It was OK. Mac and cheese did not have a strong cheese taste more of the flour gravy taste. I tried a yeast roll and was not like I remember the way they use to make the rools 17 years ago. Salad bar was great, plenty of variety.
Very nice place to eat with the family, food was good, the Staff was very friendly and sweet. The Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the Ladies Restroom was horrible. I understand it's difficult to keep that busy of a restroom in tip top shape. But Frequent cleanings should be worked in.
Will not ever eat there again !!! It will not let me do another but I had lunch 7/20/22 again. It was not a pleasuresble experience. Once again the food was cold. Is there not a manger or owner of this establishment that gives a darn. Really!!! I am guessing that none really cares. I try to eat here at least once a week. But the past three times the food has been sub-par. That is not the norm at this location. I had lunch there yesterday 5-9-22. The mash potatoes were actually cold. The gravy next to them were cold as well. Most of the sides were cold. That is u healthy to say the least. The on site manager was very busy cooking on the grill. Not sure why she was not looking after her food. Anyone could do the grilling of chicken The deserts (conblers)were very cold as well. Must have taken them out of the cooler. Again not sanitary. The owner should look into this.
