If you believe that fast food workers deserve $15 an hour or more, consider this: closing the drive-thru window and then sitting on the counter to play on your phone does not justify that pay. Not only is this behavior unprofessional, but it's also quite rude and indicates a disregard for customers. I'm fairly certain this violates food safety regulations. I've worked in fast food myself, so I understand the challenges, but it is still a job that requires responsibility.
I ordered a milkshake today, and I swear they handed me a cup completely filled with whipped cream. When I went back to ask about it, the staff told me that’s just how their shake mix is, but I've had plenty of shakes there before, and that's simply not true. There’s a massive difference between whipped cream and a milkshake; the cup felt almost weightless because it was just stuffed with whipped cream. The employee offered me a refund but insisted I return the shake, which I wasn’t going to drink anyway, since you can’t actually suck whipped cream through a straw. It also feels unsanitary to return food or drink that has already been handled. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
Terrible, just like any jack n the box, your waiting 30 mins for your food. Do yourself a favor and go to the grocery store and buy, go home and cook it, because I guarantee it will be faster then this piece of garbage franchise
The speaker for ordering at drive through has been broken for weeks. Better signage would help to have people come in and order
