Great American Cookies - Spanish Fort

They didn’t have any basic flavors. No chocolate, no vanilla, or coffee. Small selection of cookies. It was a sad day for ice-cream.

Great value on ice cream. You get a lot for your money, and it is pretty darn good as well.

Cookies are great but terrible management. Ordered a cake over 24 hours in advance and when I arrived to pickup, it wasn't ready.

I called to order a cookie and Sarah took my order. Believe me when I say she went above and beyond. Picked up the cookie this afternoon and Sarah, I have to say it is fantastic you did such a wonderful job. I can’t express my happiness with the design enough. Your the best. Thank you William

I called at 6pm on Friday to ask for a cookie cake and asked for asap. They said the earliest it could be ready was 1pm on Saturday. I asked could it be ready at 11:30 on Saturday. They said no. Long story short, I picked up the cookie and it says “custom cookie cakes in 15 minutes” on the box..they didn’t know that it impacted my day because we were waiting on the cake to go out of town for the bday party. The store should take this advertising off the box and off the web if they can’t support it.
