Subway - Spartanburg

This special subway has set a limit on how many subways we could get. You said we had allowed 5 subs or less. That it would require a catering order with 24 hours notice. I have a big family and have to buy numerous subs, I could understand whether their other customers in the BUT business were the only ones. Aside from a gentleman who came to the wrong subway store, nobody else came when we were there. I'm not going back to the subway.

COLD CUT COMBO ON ITALIAN BREAD WAS AMAZING!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT ALSO! PERFECT COMBINATION!

Don't worry! I encountered some rude staff (three guys) outside 15 minutes before closing time. They seemed upset that I wanted to place an order and eventually went back inside. I was just trying to get my food through the drive-thru. The sandwiches and the service never improved. I’ll be heading back to Hillcrest, where they actually understand customer service.

After the initial rush, the meatballs were fantastic, served on a bed of Italian herb and cheese bread.

Awful service!!! We ordered 5 sandwiches for our family, and the woman was incredibly rude, saying that 5 sandwiches counts as a catering order. Don't worry, we won't be bothering you again in the future!
