Írjon visszajelzéstI waited patiently for you to open. I would have had two kids in the car with me. Although her morning was told, there was a reef start with which I was still patient to wait for my food. I saw the girl bring the bag, but she sat down instead of handing it out of the window. At some point, someone who dragged her arm into the sweet tea container, made our drinks and then ran out, followed by the food. I'll never be back! My first bite was a COLD leg. Well, I didn't go too far from the parking lot because I turned my other chickens and they were dirty raw. I threw up. When I came back and said I'm not sure why someone would happen so that a young rude boy greeted me with what's up. I mentioned the same for him and with the most annoying look at his face said well, I'm just gonna get you another one. While he fixes the other one, I was sure to watch, as I just didn't trust that my food was made at this point. As I fries my babies out of the box, the rude worker goes to pull the box as I literally get my babies out that I poured into the box! Lord knows I can't stand rude people and I almost gave him a dose of his own medicine. If you're cooking food right, and don't show your handed over because you're screwed then go and try it again.
Over the last four and a half years we've gone to this location a little over 60 times. Yeah love KFC food. Of all of those times they've gotten our order correct three times total. Unless you order exactly what the menu says one mashed potato one coleslaw and one mashed potato they will mess up your order.
Ordered through the drive thru two nights ago. Order completely wrong. Now, I have been trying to call to speak to a manager at this location for 3 hours. Their phone must be off the hook. I have received busy signals constantly for three hours straight!! I really don’t want to have to drive up to 29th Street to speak to a Manager!! Absolutely disgusted with this location’s service and quality of food!! DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION!! I will drive up and will change review if something good comes from seeing the manager in person. Probably not going to happen since all other reviews are horrendous!! The KFC franchise will be notified if I don’t get this resolved to my satisfaction.
Went through the drive thru got the wrong order, no big deal and I went back in. (Not mad because i work in food and I get it. The manager wouldn't even acknowledge me as he was at the front counter. When the cashier came and spoke with me, the manager just threw down my bag of food and stormed off. The manager over lunch on 2/6/23 needs an attitude adjustment. The cashier was swell though :
If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. Every time I have been here which has only been a handful of times, they get my order wrong. Either something is missing, they gave me the wrong item or someone else’s order. I go thru the drive thru each time and wait about 20-30 minutes to even get my food. There has been a couple times where I waited so long I just ended up leaving without my food because i am on a one hour lunch break and don’t have time to wait for them. Today, I went and got food, just a burger and fries and a side of Mac n cheese w a drink. They told me it would take 30 minutes for me to get root beer so to pick something else. Then when I checked my bag there was no sauces in there so I asked for the sauce thinking that everything was okay, went across the street to park at my work and eat my lunch just to see at the bottom of the bag they gave me mashed potatoes w gravy… so I drove back to get the right thing just for them to be annoyed about it. That’s the second time I’ve had to go back to get my right stuff in the past 2 months. These people that work here don’t care about their customers or their job, nor does their manager. What a horrible excuse of a ran down fast food restaurant.
