Taco Bell - St. George

Whoever is that lady at the drive thru is the nicest person I've ever come across and I've been too so many locations in my life. Bravo thanks.Hopefully whomever looks at this review at this location acknowledges something.

Arrived here and ordered through the annoying mobile app, my friend who placed his order about a minute before me got his very quickly, and I had to wait 10+ minutes for mine. Thankfully the manager on duty noticed me waiting and paid me extra attention and even gave me a few coupons!You just dont see customer service like that anymore. Great job you guys! I'll be returning here again

Awful. Horrible experience and management. We ordered breakfast through the mobile app and when we showed up to pick it up, the manager informed us that they weren 't making breakfast that day, (from what it seemed like, the manager was lazy and didn 't prepare the restaurant to serve breakfast, as both the other taco bells in the valley were preparing breakfast) even though we had already placed an order. We then asked for a refund and he told us that he can 't give us a refund. They did not offer any solutions or fix the problem in any way. Very frustrating. Ended up leaving and submitting a complaint on the app.

I asked for extra meat. Got charged for it and they put 0 meat on my nachos at all. My soft taco also had no meat on it.

I can’t believe how many times the people forget my dam food. Or give me the other person’s order.
