The Ram - Sun Valley

The Ram is an excellent spot for dinner. I enjoy visiting during the summer and sitting outside on the terrace while listening to the piano player. It's also wonderful in the winter. They've completely renovated the place, and the new furniture is beautiful.

The restaurant offers a lovely ambiance with a relaxing atmosphere complemented by piano music. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality reflects it. I tried the Spanish octopus as an appetizer, followed by king salmon served on black rice and sweet potatoes, while my husband enjoyed a special brined dish filled with snow crab. Both meals were outstanding. For dessert, we indulged in sticky toffee pudding, which was delicious. My husband ordered a New Old Fashioned cocktail, and I opted for wine; both drinks were excellent. Our waiter, Mihai, provided exceptional service—attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it's a great restaurant.

We had a nice evening in The Ram. Great ambience and service. The boss and the manager both stopped at our table to chat. We started with the Diver Scallops in a curry, Cashew sauce with cut apples delish! So delicate, wonderful taste. I had the pork chop with a delicious Chutney and Nabeby had the fillet perfectly and so well cooked (see pictures). Very recommended. Will definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic! Our server Micah was great! The manager Mr. Peterson was also very helpful and hard working. Well, you couldn't find a better beef talloin, really fabulous! We had the fondue for a starter who was also delicious! We recommend you to eat here...we are looking forward to returning.
