Customer service is not so good, they are just cash and in my humble opinion, when they are ready to prepare food and stand above they should wear a hair net and mask. no thanks, eating is not good! just a customer lost indefinitely.

I went to this place in the last 4 years on a fairly consistent basis, so it is obvious that I enjoy eating. I have recently stopped visiting this shop because of the inconvenience of the food content. a visit I will have a decent side burrito and the next visit my burrito is so small I feel like cheated, both of which I pay full price and I don't feel fair. I hate to leave a bad report, but I hope that this problem will be dealt with and corrected so that I can come back, but for now I will not take the chance to waste my money on a high price little burrito. the image is a burrito with chicken beans/taste, salsa, extra cheese.

If they really want to get full at a good price and with delicious aromen chipotle is the place to go. I always get the bowl and put everything on it. food: 5/5

Chipotles “mobile order only” rules are ridiculous. Not sure why you can only order a quesadilla on the mobile app which is faulty at best. Tonights new discovery is that you can only get sour cream with or on your meal if you order on the app. What is the rationale with this? They refused to put sour cream on my bowl or even as a side. Even though sour cream is on their menu as a side. What is the point on making a side that many people get on their food exclusive to the app? I will not be returning after this, it’s completely ridiculous honestly.
