A Ming Beef Noodle - Tainan City

Great traditional taste, super-great small dishes!

Mixed reviews on this one. Maybe i am not used to the taste. It was ok.

Very beautiful, dark broth with a strong and delicious taste. Noodles are very good. Beef is in large pieces and they are very clean cuts, mostly just lean beef. There are hardly any cartilage or other chewing parts. It's very pleasant. Perhaps the soup was something on the oily side, but with the noodles it is not noticeable. The place is clean and it is not next to a busy road, so the atmosphere is relaxed. There was a young man who spoke English so it was easy to order. I recommend this place!

One of the best bark soups you can find in Tainan. Once you eat here, you'll be attached. Very tasty, her famous side dish, picked gurke adds the soup very well. It's a must if you're in Tainan. I always get the big beef soup and cucumber together. Their braided leg choices also deserve the mention. Make sure you order them before you find a place as you go.
