Castoro Cellars Vineyards Winery

In the afternoon, we stopped by Castoro Winery, known for their Dam Fine Wines. We got to sample 12 different wines! Our server, Angela, was fantastic—she generously poured and shared insightful tips about the wines along with fascinating stories about winemaking. We absolutely loved our experience!

This was my first-ever wine tasting, and Tony truly made it an unforgettable experience. It's a pity I live so far from Paso Robles because I would visit every weekend if I could. His expertise and engaging storytelling about the wines and their history really enriched the experience, and I found myself appreciating each wine more deeply. I highly recommend visiting on a Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday to meet Tony! I enjoyed every wine he presented, and at just $20 for a flight, it's a fantastic deal. You can even choose a mix of red and white wines if you prefer. Thank you, Castoro, for providing me with the most memorable wine tasting experience I could have asked for!

The wine is exceptional, and the ambiance and service are outstanding. They offer snacks like olives, cheeses, and crackers to complement your wine, and the outdoor area is lovely.

This is the only winery vineyard in the country that has its own disc golf course on the property. The experience I had here was great. The thought that went into designing the disc golf course really shows. I love how they incorporate the wine barrels into the course. I love seeing all the huge oak trees. The best part is after (or before) your round you can drink wine from the tasting room.My favorite was their Zinfusion. I wish I lived closer by so that I could play here more often.

My partner and I visited on a Friday morning (Nov 18th) having searched Google to find a winery to visit before we left Paso Robles and we were so glad we chose this place! We didn't book in advance but that wasn't a problem as we were seen to as soon as we walked through the door. The service from Greg was amazing, we had such a fun morning trying the wines and chatting. We would highly recommend this place. The cost of the wine tasting was very reasonable when compared to others in the area and was refund after we purchased a couple of bottles.
