This is the worst place cold nasty vile food! And they are way over priced. £2.00 for 1l of cola the food they gave went in the bi waste of £25 never again

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was just okay. Our order was complete and hot, but it lacked that wow factor that makes you eager to order again. It was a mediocre experience overall. We did receive complimentary prawn crackers, which were tasty, but there was a noticeable unpleasant oily smell, possibly due to the use of low-quality oil.

Been using this takeaway for a couple of months now, everything i have ordered has been very good, always collected my order on way home from work, so cannot comment on delivery times.

First, let me address the negative aspect of my experience at this restaurant - my Sweet and Sour sauce was missing. However, when I called to inform them about this issue, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly helpful. He quickly arranged for another sauce to be delivered within 5 minutes. This restaurant has now become my go-to Chinese takeaway, as they have set the bar high for all others. The Chicken balls were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making me actually groan with pleasure. The Beef Curry was exceptional, the Chow Mein was delightful, and the prawn toast was to die for. The rice was flavorful and the portions were very generous. Furthermore, the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good food.

This is a typical takeout restaurant in the town center of Grays. The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely return in the future.
