What about the burgerroy? this place consistently puts bad quality food. I never thought I would say that a 3 dollar TV dinner tastes better than a BK menu.

My food was served cold. I was in the drive thru and had to park and wait for the order. my mozzarella sticks were cold and old.

We ordered the door bag and they forgot my patty on my double-bascon-Käseburger, my dr. pfeffer, and gave us 2 small pommes instead of 2 mediums! as they have the structure in a burger!

Disgusting eating and rude service. the crispy chicken sandwich was dry after I got it back. they were quite upset. when I brought it back into the theke to ask for another because they put this evil soße on them, one of the manager gave me an employment and said in their words: now they take that from my counter she has to find another job because she has no customer service. Maybe they put them in the backroom by making paperwork from people or simply finding another job. rude and very respectful. Oh yes, the crispy chicken sandwich looked nothing like the picture. the broth was more brothcrumbs. thin, greasy and dry in the middle.

The breading was more of bread crumbs. Thin, greasy and dry in the center.
